Tammy Jardine's 07/16/2007 Update

It has been 2 years and 4 months sense I had my stroke on March 14, 2005.
I have to say, “I am proud of myself.”

Not to say that I'm happy I had a stroke, but a lot of good things came out of the having the stroke, I have a lot to be thankful for.

There are many, some of them are:

* I have the greatest family any could have. They stood by me every step of the way.
* I met me my boyfriend, Brandon DeBoer, a month before I had my stroke and he is still with me. He asked me to move in with him about a year later.

He is the greatest friend and a great cook also. He is going to culinary art school after was laid off from his job. He is on the deans list and I am sure he is going to stay on the deans list throughout the year.
* I was able to pay off all of my bills. I think this was because I could not drive for three months and I could not go back to work for six months. A lot of money saved on gas.

*** I recently decided to try studying for the Real Estate Salespersons Licensed. I started studying June 11, 2007 by taking classed from Worcester Regional Association of Realtors®. After the first day of class, I was wondering, “what was I thinking?” I made it through the classes.

On Saturday, June 30, 2007, I took the test and passed. YEAH!!! Now I have my real estate sales license.

Two weeks later I signed up with a Broker, Matteo Gentile, the owner of 1 Star Realty. I have friends that are doing great with his mentoring and I am sure that I will learn a lot from him.

For him to teach me the rope for real estate sales, I have to find my own clients and customers. Your referrals would greatly appreciated. If you know anyone thats thinking about selling or buying, e-mail me Me@TammyJardine.com or have the person call me at (413) 478-9451.
